Pages, webshop & marketing
This page covers the website-facing features: site pages, the webshop's product visibility, shop settings, gift vouchers and e-mail marketing.
Site pages
| Menu | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Pages › Dynamic pages | The site's content pages, built from widgets you drag into a layout — text blocks, product lists, images, forms. The page tree is managed by drag & drop. |
| Pages › Static pages | Simpler static content pages (e.g. terms, about) without the widget builder. |
Dynamic pages are the normal way to build the site: pick a page, drag widgets into its layout, edit each widget's content per language, and save.
Webshop product visibility
A product reaches the webshop only when two switches agree:
- the product's Published switch (Settings tab), and
- the product's API visibility switches (Web APP details tab / the three dots on grid tiles): B2C WordPress for the consumer webshop, B2B App for the business app, Inventory Manager for the inventory app.
Categories have the same channel switches. To publish many products at once, use Inventory › Tools › Assign products to webshop.
Shop settings (Setup)
- Shipping — two tabs: how the shipping fee is calculated (per item, per order or per shopping cart) and the shipping options — activate methods, set a minimum purchase for shipping discounts, and define the discount as a percentage, fixed amount, free shipping or free delivery, with a per-language description.
- Billing options — webshop billing rules: minimum order (on/off + amount), the payment charge (full amount / percent of total / fixed amount), and invoice timing (invoice X days after the order, or X days before delivery).
Online payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Checkout Finland / Paytrail, …) are configured per account in the account settings by your service provider — not on these pages.
Gift vouchers
Setup › Vouchers manages gift-card codes:
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Code | Auto-generated 10-character code (regenerate with Generate code). |
| Value | The card's monetary value. |
| Validity start / expiry | When the code can be used. |
| Total usage limit / uses per user | Caps on redemption (0 per user = unlimited). |
| Customer | Optionally tie the card to one customer. |
Customers redeem the code on the public site; the voucher list tracks each card's used and remaining amount and links the receipt.
E-mail marketing
The Email module manages outgoing campaigns: compose a campaign, pick recipients, and send now or schedule it. Campaigns move through the statuses draft → queued → scheduled → sending → paused → completed / cancelled; per-campaign reports show delivery statistics. The module also covers transactional messages, an inbox view, and a suppression list of addresses that must not be mailed.
