Languages & currencies
The Localization menu controls which languages and currencies your account uses — separately for the admin panel and the public site.
Admin languages — Localization › Admin language
Choose which languages are available in the admin UI and which is the main one: drag languages between the available and selected lists and order them. The main (top) language is the default for new users and the fallback when a translation is missing.
Public languages — Localization › Public language
The same selector, but for the public website/webshop: which languages visitors can choose and which one they get by default. Product names, descriptions, categories — everything with flag tabs — are maintained per public language.
Currencies — Localization › Currency
Drag currencies between available and selected (each shows its country flag, code and symbol) and order them. A rate helper fetches exchange rates for the currencies you use. Selected currencies become available in the currency pickers on invoices, orders and purchase orders.
Translating content
Per-language fields across the system (product names, category names, descriptions, message templates) follow the same pattern:
- click the flag tab of the language you're editing,
- fill in the text,
- use the field's dropdown to copy to other languages or to translate automatically with the configured translation provider.
The AI-translate helper under Localization can bulk-translate missing content between your languages.
