Location pricing on labels
The label maker prints shelf labels with a price, a discount and a barcode. For products with multi-code rows, those three values follow the same resolution logic as orders and invoices — with the label sheet's warehouse selection acting as the location context.
The warehouse selection
At the top of the label sheet you can pick a warehouse ("location pricing"). The moment you pick one (or clear it), every label that was auto-priced is immediately re-resolved:
- rows limited to the selected warehouse now participate,
- rows limited to other warehouses drop out,
- rows without a warehouse always participate,
- schedules and row order apply as usual.
Clearing the selection back to All locations keeps only rows with no warehouse. No prompts appear — the change applies instantly.
How a label gets its price, discount and barcode
| How the product was added | Price & discount | Barcode printed |
|---|---|---|
| Scanned a multi-row's code or box code | The scanned row's pricing wins (wildcard rows fill the fields it leaves empty) | The scanned code — so the shelf label matches what the customer scans |
| Picked by name, a warehouse is selected | Rows of that warehouse + warehouse-less rows, merged top-to-bottom (last value wins) | The winning row's code, if it carries one — otherwise the product's own barcode |
| Picked by name, no warehouse selected | Only warehouse-less rows | Product's own barcode (or per the sheet's barcode setting) |
The pen icon (manual override)
Every label with multi-code rows shows a pen icon. It opens the full list of the product's pricing rows — code, box code, warehouse, price, discount, supplier and schedule — and lets you force any row onto that single label, or reset it to the product's own pricing.
Manual picks are never overwritten: changing the sheet warehouse afterwards re-resolves only the automatic labels.

How the price row is chosen:
base price 2.282 € net, and two pricing rows — row 1: barcode
80000050451691, 5 % discount, warehouse V; row 2: barcode
80000050451693, 2.50 € / 5 %, all warehouses. The sheet warehouse is set
to V:
- Name-added label — row 1 (warehouse V, 5 %) and row 2 (all warehouses,
2.50 € / 5 %) both qualify. Merge top to bottom → price 2.50 €, discount
5 %. The label prints 2.50 € and row 2's barcode
80000050451693. - Scanned
80000050451691— the scanned row wins its fields → label keeps the base price with 5 % discount and prints barcode80000050451691. - Sheet warehouse cleared — row 1 (warehouse V) drops out; the label re-resolves to row 2's 2.50 € / 5 %.
Notes
- Prices on multi-code rows are entered including VAT; the label shows the VAT-inclusive price, so what you enter is what prints.
- The label line captures its price at add/resolve time — later edits to the product's rows do not silently change already-added labels. Re-pick the warehouse (or use the pen icon) to refresh them.
- The sheet-level barcode setting (primary / box code / multi-code first) only decides the barcode when no multi row won. A bound multi row always prints its own code.
