Creating label sheets
The label maker produces printable sheets of price/shelf labels: Inventory › Tools › Label maker. Sheets are saved automatically — the list page shows every sheet with its name, template and date, and lets you re-open, print or delete them.
Creating a new sheet
- On the label list, press Create new label and give the sheet a name.
- Pick a template from the gallery (around 20 templates, each shown as a live preview with its real aspect ratio) — grouped into Shelf, Display, Bundle, Multi, Thermal and Classic families.
- The builder opens. Everything you do is auto-saved (the status indicator shows Saving… / Saved).
Adding products to the sheet
- Scan — scan a barcode into the scan field; the label is added when you press Enter. If the code is both a product barcode and a box code, the system asks which one you scanned.
- Select product — a search picker for adding products by name.
- By category — add every product of a category in one go.
- Reorder labels by dragging; click a label's quantity to edit how many copies of it to print; delete individual labels with their ✕.
Choosing the price that gets printed
The location dropdown in the toolbar selects the warehouse whose prices the labels use — if you have per-warehouse price rows, pick the location the labels will hang in. For products with several price/barcode rows, the pen icon on a label lets you choose which row's price and barcode to print. The full rules are explained in Location pricing on labels.
Configuring the labels
The right sidebar has four tabs:
| Tab | Controls |
|---|---|
| Elements | Which elements appear: title, price, barcode, box code, product image, tags, quantity-discount table, Buy-X-Get-X info, per-kg price, stock type, second language, bundle children, extra barcodes. Also the barcode source (product barcode or box code) and how info is laid out. |
| Style | Label and barcode dimensions, image size, title line limit, font size / weight / colour per element, colour presets, price and discount backgrounds. |
| Page | Paper size (including thermal 58 mm / 80 mm rolls), portrait/landscape, PDF margins. |
| Data | Filter the added products by stock state (in stock / low / out) and choose the secondary language. |
Printing
Print · PDF renders the sheet as a PDF — print it directly or save it. The Fit indicator warns when the labels don't fit the page (too many labels or label size vs. paper size); adjust the zoom or template if needed. Delete all empties the sheet if you want to start over.
