Receive a stock transfer
Start receiving, enter actual quantities and BBD, then confirm each line from the mobile app.
Follow these steps
Find and inspect the record
Search or scan the record from its list. Check the route and destination before starting. A Draft must be sent first.
Start receiving
Tap Received in the top bar and confirm the prompt. The app changes the record to Received and shows unconfirmed receipt controls. On a scanned purchase-order prompt, Confirm received items can start this same flow.
Enter the actual amount and BBD
For each line, tap Received Qty, choose the actual quantity, and tap Save in the picker. This stages the amount; it does not confirm the receipt. If none arrived, set 0 and use the line’s Confirm button rather than a popup-off scan, which can restore the ordered amount. Set BBD with the line’s calendar control before confirming.
Confirm each product
Scan the product barcode or tap the line’s Confirm button. With the quantity popup on, review the package/count and tap Confirm. With it off, a scan confirms the current received amount immediately.
Check confirmation and finish
A confirmed line is locked against another scan. Each successful confirmation updates the CMS immediately. Confirm every line, then accept the completion/refresh prompt or use the offered save/close action. Verify the final receipt state.

Every intended line is confirmed successfully and the refreshed receipt shows the actual amounts.
