Check availability while working
Read the correct stock quantity in Inventory, Product List, purchase orders, and transfers.
Follow these steps
In Inventory
Check the selected working location in Home. Read the product’s stock status and shelf/BBD rows; use Manage Stock for the exact location-specific rows.
In Product List
Read the source stock line under the product. It uses the configured Order Source Location, such as Warehouse1.
In a transfer
Check From Location first. Read Stock at Warehouse1 under each line; it uses the transfer’s source, even when that differs from the device’s source default.
In a purchase order
Read the line’s In Stock quantity at the order’s receiving location. The product selector finds the item; add/select the line to inspect its availability in the editor.
If availability cannot load
Use the retry icon when shown and check the network. An unavailable value is not a zero-stock value. Reduce an excessive requested amount or verify with the supplying site before sending.
