Review the staged Product List
Collect products, adjust their quantities, and open a purchase order, transfer, or wastage workflow using the staged list.
Follow these steps
Collect items from Inventory
Open each product’s action panel and choose Add to List. Set the desired amount in the picker.
Review the list
Open the cart icon. Read each quantity and source-stock availability. Tap a quantity to change it and use the remove icon to delete an item.
Choose a destination workflow
Expand Send list to and choose Purchase Order, Stock Transfer, or Add Wastage. The items move into that workflow for review.
Complete the destination form
Set the supplier or locations as required, review every line, then use that workflow’s Send action. Opening the form alone does not submit the order or wastage.
