Scan with or without the quantity popup
Set Auto Show qty popup and use the correct scan behavior for drafts, wastage, and receiving.
Follow these steps
Choose the preference
Leave Auto Show qty popup on to be asked for quantity after product selection or scanning. Turn it off for repeated draft or wastage scans. Return to the workflow after changing it.
With the popup on
Scan or select the product, choose pcs, Box, or Pallet when available, enter the count, review Total, and tap the action shown in the picker.
With the popup off in a draft
Scan each item. A new line starts at one and repeated scans increase the existing line. Tap Quantity later to correct the total or use a package picker.
With the popup off during receiving
Review or set the actual Received Qty and BBD first, then scan the product to confirm the current received amount. Already confirmed lines are not counted again.

Quick reference
| Where you scan | Popup on | Popup off |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase/transfer draft | Choose the package and total quantity in the picker. | A successful scan adds one item; repeated scans increase the existing quantity. Review the total before Send. |
| Wastage list | Review the package and quantity before confirming. | Each accepted scan adds one item to the staged wastage quantity. |
| Receiving an order or transfer | Review the actual received quantity, including box/pallet selection, then Confirm. | A scan confirms the positive received total (initially the ordered quantity). A zero value can be replaced by the ordered amount; use the line’s Confirm button for zero. It is not a one-piece receiving counter. |
| Stock Manager | The scan opens the product. Tap its quantity, shelf, or BBD to choose the stock change explicitly. | |
Scans use the selected popup behavior and the quantities match the task.
