Find a stock transfer
Search or scan a record, filter its date range, and open it for the permitted action.
Follow these steps
Refresh the list
Open Stock Transfers and use refresh or pull down to retrieve the latest records.
Search or scan the record
Enter its number or matching text in Search or scan stock transfer. Scan the record’s code on this list screen to look it up. Choose the correct result if more than one matches.
Review date and location
Adjust the From/To date range when the record is outside the displayed period. Check the selected working location.
Open the record
Tap its card. A draft can be modified when permitted. Sent, Preparing, or Shipped records can be opened for receiving when permitted; received records show their receipt state.

Search or scan the order/transfer code.
Date range
Adjust the displayed period.
Record card
Open the intended record and inspect its status.
Add
Start a new record if you have permission.
The intended record opens with its lines and current status.
