Change quantities in Stock Management
Use the product’s stock rows to set a total, move a shelf, edit BBD, or add a batch.
Follow these steps
Check the product and location
Confirm the product at the top and the current working location. Refresh with the top refresh icon or pull down before changing stock.
Set a row’s total quantity
Tap the quantity cell. Enter the new total in the package picker and tap Set Quantity. To change 24 to 20, enter 20; do not enter −4.
Use the shelf and BBD cells
Tap Shelf to move that row’s stock to another shelf. Tap BBD to choose a new best-before date.
Add stock where needed
Use Add stock here for an empty existing shelf or Add stock to new shelf for a new named shelf. Choose expiry and quantity, then confirm.
Verify the result
Wait for the success message and refresh if needed. Check that the row reflects the quantity, shelf, or BBD you intended.
